Founded by Marine Corps veteran Tyrique Smith, the company was built on the principles of integrity, precision, and honest communication — helping homebuyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners make informed decisions.
Before becoming a licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, Tyrique served five years in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Electronic Technician and Central Technical Publications Manager. His military background required strict attention to detail, technical accuracy, safety compliance, and inspection accountability — skills that translate directly into the home inspection industry today.
As a licensed professional inspector in Texas, Tyrique specializes in comprehensive residential home inspections, new construction inspections, 11-month builder warranty inspections, pre-listing inspections, pool & spa inspections, and thermal imaging inspections. Every inspection is performed with an honest, unbiased approach tailored to our client's concerns.
