A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual evaluation of readily accessible systems and components on the day of inspection; it is not a warranty, guarantee of future performance, or code compliance inspection. The TREC Consumer Protection Notice and Inspection Agreement will be provided prior to the inspection. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours in advance.
